Who is Taissir Innova?
Taissir Innova is a software company based in Casablanca. We design, build and maintain business solutions — hotel management, point of sale, school management, websites and custom software — for Moroccan and African businesses that want modern tools without depending on foreign vendors.
Our history
Taissir Innova was born from a simple observation: Moroccan hotels, shops and schools were using software built elsewhere, poorly suited to local VAT, CMI payments or working in Arabic and French. We started by building the tools we wished we could use ourselves, then expanded the range as our first clients in Casablanca asked for more.
Our mission
Give Moroccan and African businesses software as capable as what large international groups use, but built for their local reality — their language, their taxes, their payment methods — with support they can actually reach.

Become the reference software platform for businesses across North and West Africa, proving that products built in Morocco can compete with the best software vendors in the world.
Why we created Diafa System
Diafa System grew out of the concrete needs of the Moroccan hoteliers we were working with: too many separate tools for the front desk, the till and reporting, none of them really talking to each other. We brought hotel management, point of sale and reporting together into one platform, built to be operational from day one, with no external integrator required.
Why Morocco
Morocco combines a strong engineering talent pool, a strategic position between Europe and Africa, and a demanding local market that pushes us to build robust products before taking them elsewhere. Building from Casablanca keeps us close to our first clients while we aim at the whole continent.
Our technology approach
We build on modern, proven foundations — cloud architectures, open APIs, multilingual interfaces (Arabic, French, English) — always prioritising ease of use. Powerful software a team won't use is worthless: every screen is designed so a new hire can learn it in an afternoon.
