Diafa System is a hotel management software solution designed for small and medium-sized hospitality establishments operating in Morocco. It manages day-to-day operations, including reservations, check-ins, stays, housekeeping, and payments, providing a centralized solution for efficient hotel management.

1. Operation continues even when the network goes down.
The front desk application is local. It continues to operate (arrivals, departures, billing, payment collection, keycard encoding) even without internet, provided the local server is responsive. Only external services are suspended, and they automatically resume once the connection is restored, without requiring any re-entry.
2. Your current IT infrastructure is sufficient.
The application runs on legacy Windows workstations without administrator privileges, thereby avoiding hardware replacement or upfront investment. It ensures broad compatibility with existing infrastructure, reducing deployment and maintenance costs.
3. Moroccan documents are generated by the software.
Police forms and foreign guest registration bulletins are generated directly from the stay record. Commercial documents (invoices, credit notes, quotes, statements, receipts) include the company’s tax identification, continuous numbering per company, and the total amount written in words. The software blocks invoice printing if no issuing entity is configured, preferring a delayed document to an incomplete one.
